On the recommendation of Central Council of Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, national training commissioner-cum-Regional and Nagaland state secretary, Hindustan Scouts and Guides, Gnana Nirmala, would be organizing free Yoga training from May 20 to June 20 and International Yoga Day celebration on June 21.
Training would be held at Holy Cross Higher Secondary School, Dimapur from 5.30 a.m to 6.30 a.m; near Eastern Publication from 4.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m and 5.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m at Jain Bhavan.
People from 5 years and above, both males and females, could participate in the event. The dress code for children would be t-shirts and tracksuits while men and women could wear clothes as per their comfort and have been requested to bring bed sheets or mats. Yoga training would be conducted by training faculties trained from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
