In order to restore peace in the town and district, Baptist Pastor’s Fellowship Kiphire Town (BPFKT) organized a peace prayer programme on February 22 at Deluxe Point Kiphire town.
In the programme, peace message was delivered by Ao Baptist Church, Kiphire pastor, Reverend Imdangmeren Ao.
Quoting from the book Mathew 5:9 and Romans 12:18, he pointed out that real peace comes through forgiveness and through which it heals the wounded in the community and the world.
Various Church Leaders, believers, GBs, DBs, NGOs and Citizen attended the programme.
The programme was chaired by BPFKT, president, pastor S Mughaho Pastor while a special song was presented by Police Baptist Church. The programme concluded with a mass prayer.
