Accountant general (A&E) has informed all heads of department of government of Nagaland that the annual GPF Statement for the financial year 2012-13 would be issued at its office.
All heads of department have been requested to deploy their respective nodal officers along with a letter of authority under the seal and signature of the head of the department to collect the same on the assigned dates.viz, AIS, jails, cpf, printing and stationary, forest and industry on July 17, agriculture, veterinary, medical and miscellaneous on July 18, general administration and education on July 19 and civil works and police on July 22.
The office has also informed that the MISC series would be handed over to the directorate of treasuries and accounts, general administration to the office of the commissioner, Nagaland, CW series to the office of the chief engineer PWD (R&B), AIS & CPF to the P&AR department and EDN series to the office of the director of school education.
All other series would be issued to the respective directorates. Further, the office has also informed that due to closure of GPF account, no public interview regarding GPF would be entertained till July 22.
