Chare Area Students’ Union (CASU) has message mourned the passing away of late Imtimeren Sangtam, head GB of Tsarü village. In a condolence message, CASU vice president Sethrongkyü Sangtam said the union had lost a humble and dedicated leader, who had rendered his entire life for the betterment of the village community. CASU further conveyed its heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and pray that the departed soul rest in peace.
