An 11-year old boy, a class four student, identified as one Longtiba Sangtam was electrocuted at Kichang compound at around 2 p.m. on Saturday. According to villagers, the boy who hails from Kisetong village, was electrocuted after he reportedly climbed up an electric pole to capture a bird’s nest perched on the pole. After hearing of the incident, villagers reached the spot and brought down the body.
