Condemnations

PTSA: Peren Town Schools’ Association (PTSA) has expressed shock and dismay over the physical harassment meted out to Murugan, a senior graduate teacher of Government Higher Secondary School, Peren by Keheipeisilung and Ramgak, students from the same school on June 23. PTSA has condemned the inhuman act of the students who had severely caused pain to the teaching community in general. PTSA has further appeared the law enforcing agency for justice and urged all right thinking citizens to condemn such act in the society.

 VYO: Viswema Youth Organization (VYO)  in a  press release issued by president Eyosa Kikhi and general secretary Puleto Rhutso stated that after three months, the police have nabbed Kruse Terhuja, Vilalhoulie Rupreo and Kezhaletuo Pielie who had brutally murdered late Lcho on March 29. 

VYO has demanded that no bail should be granted to anyone of them under any circumstances and no individual should be allowed to bail them out.  The organization has demanded from the authority to award the highest befitting punishment to the three criminals for the heinous crime.   

WCYO: Western Chakhesang Youth Organisation (WCYO) has condemned the murder attempt on the life of Sanyi Dukhru of Zhavame village on the night of July 1. President Shelepa Rhakho and general secretary Lhikhro Kreo of WCYO in a press release has strongly condemned the perpetrators Sunil and his accomplice M. V. Chopy, a vegetable wholesale dealer from Murgi Patti Dimapur.  WCYO also pointed out the increasing crime against the innocent people and reinstructed that it would not remain as mute spectators. WCYO has further appealed the concerned authority to arrest the culprits to avoid any confusion and untoward situation and to award befitting punishment according to the existing law. 

SAWO:  Southern Angami Women Organisation (SAWO) in support of Jakhama Women Society (JWS) had vehemently condemned the beastly and barbaric act of Nosazo Khariitso son of Late Kehovi for his heinous crime of raping a minor which is against the tradition and norms of any society. SAWO president Lekhonuo Leno and publicity secretary Medosenu Sachii has requested the authorities to take stringent actions on this brutality so that such acts do not recur again.

NVY & SO: Nachama Village Youth and Sports Organization (SO) have strongly condemned the murdered of Meciebo Loch on March 29 by Vilalhoulie Rüpreo, Kruse Terhuja and Kezhaletuo Pielie. The organization said it was shocked at the barbaric and inhuman act committed by the trio and insisted all right thinking and concerned citizen to condemn this kind of heinous crime. The organization further appreciated the police personnel for apprehended the accused and appealed the law enforcing authority to impose stern action against the accused as per the law.
