Nagaland Civil Services Association (NCSA) has decided go for a mass casual leave with effect from October 3. The decision was made during the NCSA meeting held on September 27, NCSA president, Kevin Z Zehol and convener action committee, T. Mhabemo Yanthan informed through a press note. The protest has been necessitated to deliberate on certain matters related to service, NCSA stated. In this regard, all NCS officers posted in the districts have been asked to converge at Kohima.
