Dimapur sub-urban police personnel and 10th IR ‘C’ Coy on May 11 arrested one person identified as one ‘under secretary’ of “NSCN-U” Yehekhu Achumi (36) son of Yekishe Achumi of Shoipu village (Satakha) under Zunheboto district and presently residing at Purana Bazar, Model Colony, Dimapur.
According to a press release by additional deputy commissioner of Police/PRO, Dimapur, the patrolling party apprehended him for “asking money” from the shops at Rail Bazar area Dimapur. In this connection a case has been registered against the culprit and investigation is going on, informed PRO.
