Power supply to Mon disrupted

Power department has informed that 66KV transmission lines, which supply power to Mon and Naganimora, developed a line fault on March 21 due to damage of tower disrupting power supply to Mon district.

In a press release, Mokokchung transmission division executive engineer stated that the department was making all arrangements to restore the power supply as early as possible.

The department while regretting for the inconvenience caused has requested the consumers of Mon district to bear with it.
