One day disaster management training was held at Sainik School Punglwa Thursday which was conducted by a team of experts led by sub inspector company commander and home guards, Dimapur Lichemse Sangtam.
The program was organised under the initiative of Captain (IN) Kanchan Mukherjee, , deputy controller, Civil Defence, District Commandant and Home Guards, Dimapur S.Akhu Kath.
The training was one of the many activities being conducted for NCC by Combined Annual Training Camp II (CATC-II) which is underway from December 8-17 at Sainik School Punglwa.
The team of experts organized lectures-cum-demonstrations on fire fighting, rescue operations and first aid measures. The training was attended by 136 junior cadets and senior division of NNC.
