EA release loan to ‘BEST’ trainees

Entrepreneurs Associates (EA) Friday released credit to the first wave of trainees for the Basic Entrepreneurial Skills Training (BEST) program which concluded in September.
Three of the trainees who successfully completed the training and will begin their entrepreneurial journey in the garments business came forward with their business proposal seeking loan for their start-up venture for which EA has given them credit exposure through its financial wing – The Nagaland State Entrepreneurs Associates Thrift & Credit Cooperatives Federation Ltd. (EATACOL). EA Representative Susan James along with EATACOL Accounts officer Thsepong handed over the cheques to the entrepreneurs, Aboly Zhimomi, Vinoli Tahe and Kuzeule Hegui.
It may be noted that EA’s BEST is a training program on the basics of entrepreneurship taught by successful first generation entrepreneurs. The second batch of trainees under DUDA is currently underway.
