A gospel album produced by “The Healing Voice Band” was released on November 3 by Rev. Thungben Kikon, Pastor of Wokha Village Baptist Church, in presence of relatives, well wishers and friends of the band.
It is an audio- visual album comprising 10 gospel songs composed by Phyochamo Kithan, the then member of ‘The New Smile Band.’
Dr. (Miss) Nchumbeni Humtsoe is the lead vocalist of the “Healing Voice Band.” She is an enthusiastic musician who also plays keyboard and guitar as well.
The “Healing Voice Band” comprises of 5 members who sings in churches and also participated in various competitions some years back.
The songs are sung in Lotha language with an English subtitle. The album will be available in most of the CDs outlets in Wokha, Kohima and Dimapur.
