NSCN (K) exposes Mulatonu’s past

Responding to GPRN/NSCN’s warning on confiscating NSCN (K) ‘lt. Gen’ Nikki Sumi’s house if the latter fails to return the bulldozer reportedly seized by him, NSCN (K) ‘military supervisor’ Sunday said he only acted in his capacity as military supervisor of NSCN/GPRN and implicating him and his family members should not arise on the issue.
In a statement, Nikki said with Mulatonu’s defection to GPRN/NSCN with huge quantities of weapons and ammunition belonging to NSCN (K) and consequent seizure of his bulldozer until recovery of properties, the confiscation of the Nikki’s house was “irrelevant.”
Nikki also accused Mulatonu of igniting “killings on tribal lines and divisions within the Naga family as well within the NSCN/GPRN.” He said that in the 1990’s when Mulatonu was attached as aide to late Dally Mungro who was then the ato kilonser of NSCN/GPRN, Mulatonu vanished without trace from Jotsama where killing of Mungro and late kilonser Zhekhevi took place. He said that Mulatonu later on commented that Mungro’s assassination had been aided by India and was necessitated because of Mungro’s dealing  with ISI of Pakistan. Mulatonu’s active nexus with RAW and IB became apparent since then, alleged Nikki.
