GPRN/NSCN reacts to Nikki’s action

GPRN/NSCN has threatened to “confiscate” NSCN (K) ‘lt. gen’ Nikki Sumi’s house in Padamphukri , Dimapur if he failed to return the bulldozer belonging to GPRN/NSCN kilonser Kughalu Mulatonu within 15 days with effect from June 28.
In a statement, GPRN/NSCN through its MIP said a cabinet meeting on Friday termed Nikki’s action as “outrageous and uncalled for” as it indicated his “desperation.”
GPRN/NSCN reminded that earlier the group locked Nikki’s house in Padamphukri, Dimapur for his “unwarranted seizure” of the bulldozer from Suruhuto Town belonging to Mulatonu. GPRN/NSCN handed over the keys of the house to Sumi Hoho in accordance with the appeal made and in the hope that the matter would be resolved amicably, said MIP. GPRN/NSCN also reminded Nikki that it was “ridiculous” on the part of Nikki to talk about Mulatonu taking away “some arms” belonging to NSCN (K) when he himself had taken away the “entire arms” belonging to the 7th battalion of GPRN/NSCN.
