United Sangtam Students’ Conference (USSC) having concern for developmental activities and the hardship faced by the general public at Kiphire and within the jurisdiction of the conference, has appealed to all the Head of Departments (HoDs) and the staffs to be regular in executing their service for the welfare the people. USSC said that it was disheartened to learn that despite its appeal, many were still irregular and urged all the HoDs and the staffs to be regular and to be stationed at posting. USSC has also informed all the units to report the same to the conference office saying that irregularities would not be compromise.
