In view of the announcement of the schedule general election to the 12th Nagaland legislative assembly, T Mhabemo Yanthan, deputy commissioner & district election officer, Tuensang has informed all government employees of the district to remain in their place of posting with immediate effect.
Also, all head of offices have been asked to ensure presence of their subordinate officers and staffs in their respective offices.
Permission for station leave on official duties have been asked be obtained from the deputy commissioner & district election officer, Tuensang with details of such duties.
Any government employees on leave of absence on medical ground shall be recalled and appear before the district level medical board.
Further DC has informed that disciplinary action as per the law will be initiated against any errant officials.
