Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland state unit has said that India under the Congress-led UPA government has become “a country of scams”.
In a press statement, state BJP unit spokesman and general secretary James Vizo listed a series of alleged scams and scandals that have rocked the UPA government including Coalgate, CWG scam, 2G Spectrum scam, Assam education scam, mid day meal scam etc.
The state BJP spokesman said the people of the country gave mandate to parties for good governance but the Congress seemed to have forgotten the aspects of governance and emptying the treasury of the country with various scams.
