All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU), Phek unit has appealed the state government and responsible department to release the pending salaries and arrears of Hindi teachers who were appointed during 2012-13. In a press release, ANHTU, Phek unit president Pochizo and joint secretary Wechie Mero said despite the non-payment of salaries, teachers had been working sincerely though they had to face untold problems. The unit also demanded implementation of 6th RoP at the earliest.
