The Nagaland Government Higher Secondary Employees Association (NGHSSEA) held its general session at GHSS Medziphema on May 24.
A press release from NGHSSEA stated that, NGHSSEA president R. Amongla Jamir in her presidential address lauded the principals and members for the successful results in the HSLC and HSSLC 2019. She encouraged them to continue to work hard for academic excellence in the schools.
Nomination committee announced the new team of office bearers for NGHSSEA for the tenure 2019-22 with Kelhikha Kenye as the president and Vilhoukholie James Vizo as general secretary.
The newly elected president in the acceptance speech urged the members to give concerted efforts to promote innovative practices and quality education in state GHSSs.
He also appealed to all the members to stand united to protect the service interest of the cadre.
Earlier, the programme led by NGHSSEA general secretary, Hechulo Semy and began with an invocation by Dr. Bijano Murry.
