ASTD condemns abduction of DAN secy

Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ASTD) has condemned the barbaric act of kidnapping and assaulting secretary of Development Authority of Nagaland (DAN), Imtilepden, who was abducted from his residence at Super market Dimapur by some unidentified miscreants on December 3. 

A condemnation note by president ASTD, Supu Jamir and general secretary Onen Walling stated that such “inhumane criminal act cannot be tolerated in our civilised society” and that, the act was “beyond human comprehension”. Further, ASTD appealed law enforcing agencies to arrest the criminals immediately and to book them under relevant provision of the law.
