Neiphiu Rio, ministers lay annual administrative reports

Nagaland chief minister, Neiphiu Rio and ministers in-charges of various departments laid the copy of the Annual Administrative report 2021-2022 on the third day of the 11th session of the 13th NLA on Tuesday.
Following were the departments: Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, Water Resources, Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Information & Public Relations, Urban Development, Food & Civil Supplies, Personnel & Administrative Reforms, Chief Electoral Officer, Sericulture, Border Affairs, Electrical Inspectorate, Art & Culture, Power, Home, Land Revenue, Transport, Land Resources, Rural Development, Soil & Water Conservation, Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Higher Education and Tribal Affairs.
Rio also laid the following reports/rules: Nagaland State Disaster Management Rules, 2007, Nagaland Government Printing press (Technical) Amended Service Rules, Nagaland Public Service Commission (Chairman, Members & Staff) Regulations, 2008 (with amendment up to 13-12-2021) and Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission Separate Audit Report (SAR) for 2009-10 to 2017-18. He also introduced the Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2020 and presented the following: State Finances Audit Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year ended 31st March 2020 (Report No.1 of 2021), Appropriation Accounts 2019-20, Finance Accounts (Volume-I) 2019-20 and Finance Accounts (Volume II) 2019-20. He also laid Supplementary Demand for Grants for the year 2021-2022 and a copy of the Review of the Trends in Receipts and Expenditure for the First, Second and Third quarter of the year 2021-22, as required under Section 11 of the Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act 2005. Deputy CM and minister in-charge of Home, and Roads & Bridges, Y. Patton moved and passed the Nagaland Village and Tribal Councils (Fifth Amendment) Bill 2022 and minister of Soil & Water Conservation, and Geology & Mining, V. KashihoSangtam, moved and passed the Nagaland Groundwater (Regulation & Control of Development and Management) Bill, 2020.
