Parents’ day held at GMS, Nito

Parents’ day-cum- talent show was held October 24 at Government Middle School (GMS), Nito. A programme of songs and dance presented by students of GMS was attended by parents and teachers in- charge from various schools. Exhorting the students and parents’ chief guest of the function, co- ordinator EBRC, Viyito – Niuland, A. Nivizole Meyase said SSA grants and funds should be utilised effectively for further development and betterment of the areas and GMS Nito in particular. The parents’ day function was marked by welcome song, ‘Kukhri’ drill, short play and choreography. Others who attended the function included assistant teachers Samuel Chishi; head teacher L. Hoshito Sema, Chairman VEC Ghosuho Jimo and its members.
