Khiamniungan Union Chumukedima (KUC) has expressed displeasure over some individuals of Khiamniungan Tribe Council (KTC) who reportedly attended the consultative meeting with the chief minister and his cabinet on February 8, at Kohima. In a condemnation note, KUC executive chairman, NSP Mulio while expressing displeasure over the matter has demanded KTC to impeach “those selfish individuals” within a stipulated time. Failing which, KUC has cautioned to disassociate itself from KTC. KUC further reaffirmed its stand along with the rest of the Nagas and vowed to stand by the resolution of NTAC and JCC of February 7, 2017.
