Naga R-Day celebrated at Cepho Camp

DIMAPUR: The 68th Naga Republic Day was celebrated at Cepho Camp Chakhesang region on March 22. The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the Naga flag, symbolizing the sovereignty and identity of the Naga people. NNC president Mr. Thepushuyi Keyho and FGN President Gen. Retd TM Rhakho and dignitaries delivered speeches emphasizing the significance of the Naga Republic Day and the ongoing struggle for peace, justice, and self-determination. They highlighted the importance of preserving Naga identity and heritage while striving for progress and development.

The contributions of freedom fighters and leaders who played pivotal roles in the Naga independence movement were acknowledged and honored during the event. Meanwhile, NNC extended gratitude to all the organizers, participants, and volunteers who contributed in making the event a memorable and meaningful occasion. It also thanked Naga Republic Day Committee for their planning and execution.
