North East Congress Co-ordination Committee (NECC) chairman Nabam Tuki has appointed Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) working president Khriedi Theuno and vice president Capt GK Zhimoni as general secretaries of NECC “to strengthen the Congress party in the North-East States”. The office bearers were appointed on the recommendations made by NPCC president.
