Accusing the Assam Rifles of indulging in unnecessary frisking right at the entry point of its designated camp at Khehoi, the GPRN/NSCN said the Assam Rifles detained and arrested four of its civilian workers on Monday from the vicinity of the camp while they were on their way to a nearby weekly market to buy vegetables. Hokato Vusshe, deputy kilonser and member, CFSB, GPRN/NSCN, in a release said the arrest of the four was unacceptable and uncalled for and demanded that frisking along the road at Toshiho village gate, the only approach road to the designated camp, must be stopped immediately. The frisking in the area would amount to harassment of general public and disrespect to ceasefire agreement in force, the GPRN/NSCN stated.
