Training prog on Indian veterinary council act

Nagaland State veterinary Council would be organizing the 1st state-level orientation training programme on Indian veterinary council act, 1984 and regulations on June 11 at Zonal Council Hall, Kohima.
Minister of Veterinary and A.H., Planning & Co-ordination, Evaluation and Parliamentary Affairs T.R. Zeliang, would grace the inaugural function as the chief guest, while president, veterinary council of India (VCI) Dr. A.L. Chaudhary, along with Secretary, VCI Dr. Anup Bhaumik, would attend the orientation training programme as resource persons and Commissioner & Secretary, Department of Veterinary & A.H., Thangi Mannen, would also deliberate on the topic animal husbandry activities in Nagaland.
According to president, Nagaland state veterinary council, Dr. L. Shikikhe Sumi, the training is being conducted to equip veterinarians professionally with regard to ethics and regulations of the Indian veterinary Council Act and improve and strengthen the profession in the state.
All registered veterinary practitioners (registered under Nagaland State Veterinary Council) have been directed to attend the Orientation Training.
Reporting and registration of the participants would start at 9am to 10 am at the venue.
