Assessment camp for physically challenged

District welfare office, Dimapur in association with PATH Guwahati and ALIMCO government of India would be organizing an assessment camp for physically challenged people from June 25, 9am at the office of the district welfare officer, Diphupar.
According to district welfare officer, Dimapur, Tulula Pongen, measurement for distribution of free medical aid would be held for hearing and vision impaired kits, wheel chair and tri-cycle, crutched and elbow crutches, folding walking stick for the blind and walking stick.
The physically challenged people have meanwhile been requested to furnish details comprising two passport photographs, one full size photograph showing the disability, income certificate not exceeding Rs. 6500 per month and disability certificate issued by the district medical board.
