The entire DAN cabinet members led by chief minister Neiphiu Rio will leave for New Delhi on Monday to press for an early solution and suggest an “interim” arrangement during the period of negotiations. The Congress however differed over any kind of “interim arrangement”. NPCC president K. V. Pusa who was on way to Delhi told The Telegraph that the party would also seek and early solution but maintained that it can be achieved only if the Centre invited all factions of the Naga underground groups for dialogue.
