The first ever round of talks to be held in Kohima between the Government of India (GoI) and NSCN (I-M) has been schedule for Monday for which centre’s interlocutor; R S Pandey would be arriving on Sunday. Highly placed sources said that the state government received the official communication Friday from the centre on the proposed next round of talks between the two entities to be held in Kohima on Monday. The same was also reportedly informed during the Joint Parliamentary Committee meeting which was held at the state Assembly Secretariat here Friday. However, sources remained tied lipped about the venue of the proposed talks.
