As a part of the ongoing civic action projects undertaken by 9 Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 7 Sect Assam Rifles, an ex-servicemen office cum meeting hall was handed over to ex-servicemen of Longleng district on its completion on October 3 at. Since, it was a long pending demand of the ex-servicemen, the construction of the ex-servicemen office cum meeting Hall at Longleng by 9 Assam Rifles has fulfilled the aspirations of the ex-servicemen in the district.
Ex-servicemen expressed satisfaction for the project executed by 9 Assam Rifles. DC, Longleng C K Nihekhu Sema, and Sonia Singh, SP, Longleng graced the occasion and lauded the contributions of Assam Rifles in the district.
