Longleng district general secretary and president 50 A/C ACCC, Y. Ngaipang Phom along with 42 households from NPCC have decided to resign from Congress party w.e.f October 23 and joined the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). In a press release, Y.Ngaipang Phom stated that different divisions within the NPCC party created misunderstanding and non-cooperation among them.
