The much sought-after Delhi University admissions for SC/ST quota which started on May 28 finally came to an end on June 8.
The undergraduate admission was well assisted by Naga Students Union Delhi executives, admission committee, unit executives and their volunteers, in spite of apprehension and confusion running high among the candidates when the news about the change in process of admission broke out.
The NSUD cell helped not only the aspiring Naga candidates but also students from other states.
Meanwhile, MA registrations and entrance exams for some departments are also under way.
Overall the admission team was able to assist more than 1,500 applicants, including non-Nagas, within 10 days of admission.
