A JCB driver of a renowned contractor from Dimapur, who reportedly stole some parts from the JCB and kidnapped a minor girl from the contractor’s house, was arrested from Kohima. Giving detailed information about the case, OC Women Cell, Bem disclosed that the accused Aroop Nath (24) reportedly stole the JCB parts on May 11 and then on May 23, picked up the minor from the contractor’s house. However, on May 29 morning, he was spotted along with the girl in Kohima by one of the relatives of the contractor, who later informed the police and detained them in North PS till the Women Cell personnel reached Kohima.
