Lazami Students’ Union
KOHIMA: Lazami Students’ Union has convened a meeting on October 25 at 11 am at the residence of Vihoto Achumi at Sepfüzou colony Kohima. All the union executives, unit presidents, representatives, former executives of LSU, and all concerned elders have been requested to attend the meeting.
ANDTA meet
KOHIMA: An emergency meeting of executive members of All Nagaland Drawing Teachers’ Association and district representatives has been convened on November 1 at 12:30 pm at the residence of V. Hetoi Swu, Association general. Members and representatives of the association have been requested to attend the meeting.
ENSUD bans donation
DIMAPUR: Eastern Nagaland Students Union Dimapur (ENSUD) has informed all the office bearers that the union has banned any collection of donation/fund drive in and around Dimapur without the authorization of the union. The union in a release has requested the public to immediately inform the union of any such unauthorized collection at 9856124224/9856347829.
KGPO informs
DIMAPUR: Kuhuboto Ghakhu Sports Association (KGPO) has informed that the silver jubilee will be held from January 19 to 24. The association has informed all the VIP’s, officers, ex-presidents, ex-presidents of KGSA, frontal heads of Kuhuboto Ghakhu to prepare their greeting messages and articles before November 15.
Bade Village Council
DIMAPUR: Bade Village Council (BVC) has informed all the land holders of Bade village to attend a meting on October 25 at the village panchayat hall at 11 am. All the ownership by means of allotment, bought or in any form are made compulsory to attend the meeting. Failing which the village authority will take its own course of action.
World Food day
DIMAPUR: Department of agriculture will observe World Food Day at 1 pm on October 16 at the conference hall, directorate of agriculture. Minister for agriculture Dr Chumben Murry will grace the function and N.N.Zhasa commissioner and secretary, agriculture will present keynote address. Similar programme will be observed in the districts.
Craft bazaar at Wokha
DIMAPUR: Heto Multipurpose Co-operative Society limited has informed all societies/ SHGs/ individuals that a Craft bazaar will be held at Wokha public ground from October 22-31. A release issued by the chairman has invited interested societies to contact number 9856132378 for allotment of stall. The craft bazaar is sponsored by the development commissioner (handicrafts) ministry of textiles New Delhi.
Prayer meet

Western Angami Students Union
Kohima: Western Angami Students Union (WASU) has informed all its constituent unit-president and general secretary, president WAPO, WAYO, WAWO, WASA and all well wishers that the union will have a general meeting on October 15 at WAWO building at 3.30pm. The meeting will deliberate on WASU cultural Shindig by the end of November.
Jakhama meet
DIMAPUR: Monthly co-ordination meeting under Jakhama Sub-Division will be held at T.B hospital, Khuzama on October 17 at 12 noon. All heads of offices are requested to attend the meeting positively with agenda.
