NSCN (K): Yimchungru region has informed that S.S. Khaplang has appointed Langkho Konyak as deputy kilonser chaplee, under ENPO jurisdiction, on November 21, 2012, and has been functioning in centre and regional as per its directive. NSCN (K) Yimchungru region chairman Nuthreyam cautioned anyone of involving from other side without the knowledge and consent of the Yimchungru region.
