Sirhi Angami Village Council (SAVC) has alleged that some armed miscreants in full combat uniform burnt down a house in B Khel on March 17 midnight.
In a statement, SAVC chairman Mezhükho Kuotsu also alleged that the same miscreants also village field workers to leave Sirhima jurisdiction within three (3) days or face dire consequences.
SAVC said it would not “tolerate” such threats within its jurisdictions and warned the council would do anything to protect the rights of its people and land.
