Youth parliament, parliamentary quiz competition 2012

Department of parliamentary affairs, government of Nagaland in collaboration with directorate of school education, Nagaland will be organizing youth parliamentary competition and parliamentary quiz 2012, at state level to be held on June 6, 7 and 8 at ATI conference hall Kohima.

All DEOs & SDEOs have been asked to conduct competitions in their respective districts and select 6 students from classes 9 to 12; and to select one student out of six to participate in the state level youth parliament competition along with one teacher-in-charge.

List of selected candidates should be sent 10 days before the state level competition to the office address of N. Benjamin Newmai, secretary to government, department of parliamentary affairs.

Consideration of the number of schools, in Kohima and Dimapur districts, these two district may send two teams each. A sum of Rs. 25000 will be earmarked to conduct of these competitions which may be re-imbursed during the state level competitions with vouchers/receipt.
