Advisor to department for under developed area (DUDA) Nagaland, Pangteang Konyak, Friday exhorted the educated unemployed youths to stand firm at the present crucial juncture.
Speaking at the seminar on career counseling for educated unemployed youths of eastern Nagaland, at Town Hall, as chief guest, Pangteang said that by organizing career counseling seminar it could bring a positive response to the people of eastern Nagaland educated unemployment youths.
Lamenting that Nagas had many educated unemployment problem confronting the youths in the present day he asked the people be serious in the unemployment matter.
Also speaking on the developmental front, chief guest highlighted the achievement of DAN government where schemes like as CMCF were available, for which he asked the youths to seek opportunities available for the survival of the society.
He called upon people to unite and work cohesively for the common lucrative of the society. L.T. Sangtam, OSD to CM, BW also exhorted the youths to strife forward for better development of the people.
He challenged the youths to fight their legal rights which were liability to them from every development aspects.
The workshop held on the theme ‘self reliance’ L.T. Sangtam lauded the effort made by organizer to uplift the rural youths in near future. is the only answer to eradicate unemployment youths’
Director of industry, agriculture and horticulture were the resource persons. The seminar was attended by youths from all four district including, Tuensang, Mon, Longleng and Kiphire.
Meanwhile, the Eastern Nagaland Educated unemployment has expressed gratitude to state chief minister Neiphiu Rio, for financial support towards the association.
