Rotary Club Kohima would be sending next batch of Cleft Lip Palate patients for cosmetic surgery on May 14.
Registered patients have been requested to report on May 13 before 12 p.m, at Putuonuo Nursing Home Kohima.
Rotary Club Kohima has also informed that ‘Cleft Lip, Palate Cosmetic Surgery Project’ was meant for anyone in Nagaland who had the unfortunate deformity.
Any person within the age group of 4 months and 40 years with lip deformity have been informed to contact Director Club Services, Rotarian Dr. Kezevituo Keditsu PHF at mobile number 9436001870 to avail treatment free of cost which include journey, hospital stay, surgery and medical expenses.
