Sub-centre inaugurated in Longtsung village

The newly constructed health sub-centre building at Longtsung Village, Wokha district was inaugurated by deputy speaker, Ralanthung Yanthan on June 8.
According to official bulletin, the function was attended by DC Wokha, W. Mero; CMO Dr. N. M. Kithan; DMO, Dr. Zuben Kikon and other government officials and village elders. The chief guest donated Rs. 20,000 to the VHC for the needy people.
The inaugural function was followed by launching of anti-malaria month by DMO, Dr. Zuben Kikon. Various anti-malaria activities were carried out such as distribution of pamphlets, collection of blood slides, distribution of free medicines.
