DIMAPUR: Bible Society of India (BSI) Dimapur Auxiliary will be celebrating its silver jubilee on November 6 and 7, 2010 at Dimapur Lotha Baptist Church. K. Hocto IFS Conservator of Forest has been selected as planning board chairman. Meeting of planning board members has been convened on September 24 at Dimapur Sümi Baptist Church at 9 am.

CSU session deferred
DIMAPUR: General conference of Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) coinciding with golden jubilee celebration of Zhavame Students’ Union have been postponed to January 18 to 21 due to state wide road show coinciding with Sukrenyi festival celebration of Chakhesang to be held on January 14 and 15 at local ground, Phek new town.
Polytechnic holiday
DIMAPUR: Khelhoshe Polytechnic Atoizu will remain closed from September 28 to October 5 on account of Durga Puja holiday and Gandhi Jayanti. Principal Longmetang Walling informed that classes will resume on October 6. Students have been informed to report to the institute on the stipulated date.
