SIT to conduct teachers verification

All teachers have been informed that verification will not be applicable to those teachers who have already reported for verification before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) under their respective establishments. Deputy Inspector General of Police and Special Investigation Teamteam leader, vigilance and anti- corruption J.I Yaden, informed that all other conditions for those absentees (teachers) will remain as notified earlier.
Meanwhile, District Education Officer Kohima Zaveyi Nyekha has informed all categories of teachers serving in GHSS, GHS, GMS, GPS under Kohima appointed, transferred and attached from January 2002 who failed to appear before the SIT vigilance on July 1 have been informed to report with all documents in original and photo copy on October 7 and 8 at 9 am at the Vigilance Office Kohima.
District Inspector of Schools Niuland, Kitoli Naje has informed all government school teachers appointed during 2002 to 2009, who had failed to report for physical verification conducted by SIT to appear for the test on October 6 and 7 at Vigilance conference hall, Kohima at 9:30 am.
The teachers have been informed to produce appointment order (both original and attested copies); release order, death certificate, transfer order etc, for appointment against retirement, death and transfer vacancy; extension orders, attachment orders, office attached; educational documents both original and attested copies from HSLC onwards; two recent passport size photos and any other related documents to prove the genuine of their appointment.
District Education Officer Zunheboto has also informed those teachers under Zunheboto who could not attend the physical verification conducted by Special Investigation Team on August 19 and 20 to be present physically at the office of the Vigilance Special Investigation Team at Kohima on October 6 and 7.
Further, District Inspector of Schools Mangkolemba has informed that all teachers who did not report for verification on August 8 to report to the office of the vigilance commission, Directorate of Vigilance and ant-corruption Kohima Nagaland on October 7 and 8 along with the following documents which include appointment letter with attested copies, release order, death certificate and transfer order for appointment against retirement, death and transfer vacancy, two passport size photos, educational qualification from HSLC onwards both original and attested copies, extension orders, attachment orders office attached.
District Inspector of Schools further informed that there will be sensitization training on communitized school on October 12 and 13 at the Town hall Mangkolemba from 10 am onwards. All VEC /WEC under District Inspector of Schools Mangkloemba have been asked to send chairman, secretary and one woman member.
