Technology week organised in Aboi

Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Aboi under Mon district organized a Technology Week from October 12 to 16.
During the week long programme, demonstration on preparation of pest repellent with locally available resources, seedbed preparation and method of sowing winter vegetables, transplanting method of cabbages with use of organic manures and cultivation practices of field peas and garden peas were imparted to farmers of the district where 90 farmers participated.
On the last day of the event, KVK scientists visited farmer’s field followed by an interaction with farmers where various crop related problems were discussed.
