DIMAPUR: Youth Association Nagaland (YAN) has notified all the shopkeepers within 100 meters of any educational institutions not to sell pan, cigarettes, tobacco and other intoxicating substances. YAN also stated that the association has given 15 days time period (from the date of issue of the notification) to all responsible to abide by the notice. Further, it informed that surprise checking would be carried from time to time and also action would be initiated against those failing to abide by the notice.
