As per notification on December 8, 2009, state transport and communication department has assigned prefix letters for registration of different categories of vehicles in the state: Prefix letters are ‘C’ – Personalized vehicles (Four wheelers), ‘D’ – Goods vehicles, ‘J’ – Two wheelers and ‘F’ – Three wheelers.
