DIMAPUR: Panchayat Guest House at Samziuram village, constructed under NREGA programme was inaugurated on May 15 by Rural Development joint secretary, Kelei Zeliang. Speaking on the occasion, Zeliang expressed appreciation for the construction of such important asset for villagers. While asking the villagers to take proper care of the building, he also encouraged them to make use of the building to their benefit. The programme was chaired by VCC Ramheu and short speeches were delivered by GB Hingtung, former VDB secretary, Manuel Kamson and VCM Wirianglungbo, while benediction was pronounced by SBC pastor, Kerugai.
