Following government’s assurance for necessary cancellation and rectification of its earlier job advertisement, the Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) today decided to shelve ultimatum served to state government. The federation had served ultimatum to the state government demanding cancellation and rectification of the recent government job advertisement. According to an ENSF press statement, issued by its president Hawang T. Wangsha and general secretary Changsang Soted, the state chief secretary has convened a consultative meeting with ENSF members along with P&AR department and other government officials June 16. It also stated that chief secretary has assured to deliberate the matter in the impending cabinet meeting, and then issue fresh advertisement with necessary addition and deletion.
