YTC reiterates

September 8, 2010 | by admin

Yimchungrü Tribal Council (YTC) has once again drawn the attention of Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio towards its earlier memorandum, dated August 16, 2010, which sought for his intervention. In a fresh memorandum, the YTC reiterated its demand for issuing proper direction to all the responsible educational institutions and administration to accommodate those displaced Yimchungrü students from Kiphire town to other neighbouring towns and towns in view of their impending examinations. The YTC cautioned that delay in paying attention to the plight of the displaced by the government could soon result in rising. It has demanded that the government fulfill its demand on or before September 15 so as to enable the displaced students to immediately continue with their studies.
