Moasenla Echa, D/o Dr Toshi Echa of Longjendang village, Mokokchung, Nagaland is the first women from North East to obtain M. Sc Forensic science from the world renowned University of Teesside, Middlesbrough, UK. Moasenla Echa completed B. Sc Bio-tech from Guwahati University in 2006, secured first class at the national level and got selected for M. Sc forensic science in criminology. At present she is planning to pursue her Ph. D.
